Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and utilize the service for 21 days, and then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be halted and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used at your convenience in the future.
The majority of requests are designed using Adobe Software or Figma. The final assets will be delivered as an online Figma board.
LucidDesign offers plenty of flexibility in how you submit designs using Trello. Clients often make requests directly via Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even create a brief Loom video (for those who'd rather not write their briefs out). Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's acceptable.
No problem at all! We'll keep refining the design until you're fully satisfied.
That's absolutely fine. You can pause your subscription once completed and resume when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go unused.
